How to Initiate a Return • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at hello@flashfit.com.au. • Step 2: Provide your order number and a description/photo of the issue. • Step 3: We will provide instructions on how to return the item. If the product has a major failure, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
